St. Augustine is located in the north east corner of Florida, an easy hour's drive from Jacksonville. It is 380 miles from Atlanta and 300 miles from Miami. Jacksonville International Airport is served by most of the main US airlines, including Delta, NorthWest, TWA and United.

St. Augustine is 52 miles from Daytona Beach, whose airport is also well served by domestic airlines. For those coming from Europe, Orlando, with its two international airports, is 2½ hours away.

From Jacksonville...
From Jacksonville you will go south, and for Daytona Beach you will go north on Interstate Highway 95 to downtown St. Augustine Exit 318, State Rd. 16-East. Travel East on 16 to the intersection of US Route 1, turn right heading South for about 1 mile and turn at the downtown St. Augustine sign Castillo Drive. Drive East until Castillo ends at San Marco Avenue, turn right and follow San Marco around the curve passing the Fort on the left. The hotel will be on the right side of the street which is now Avenida Menendez.
